Similar to the H&G #50 profile, button nose wadcutter shape, bevel ends and lube grooves. Our bullets are finished in our gold Hi-Tek coating.
The standard size for our 38-148-BN-WC-BB-LGs will be
.358
and have a hardness of approximately 13 Brinell.
Shipped in vacuum sealed bags of 15 lbs, and containing
approximately
700 bullets. This works out to be around 8 cents per projectile.
The length for this profile is approximately 0.618" or 15.72mm.
*Note: "Special Sizes" (sizes that are not standard) may take longer to produce or there may be a low availability.

I ordered 700 of these and shot 150 and then placed another order of 1400. I actually have a mold for this bullet, but at this price plus the powder coating, I will save my lead for other uses. This is my favorite bullet for paper targets. Loaded with 3.2gr Win231 - I can shoot this round all day long out of a Ruger SP101 or a S&W J Frame. I will definitely order more in the future...

Shooting these over 2'7 gn WST in mixed .38 SPL cases. Extremely accurate and consistent. Buying these every couple of months. N310 and Bullseye also work veery well in my GP-100s, Try some.

Do you have any reports on loading this head for a S&W Model 52? My concern is the overall length and crimping with the button up.

We personally do not give out reloading information usually due to liability issues. All guns are different and some loads will work for some and not so much for others.
We highly suggest you look towards online forums (reloading data for lead bullets) or to online reloading groups to inquire reloading data. We do not really have anyone that can answer questions on reloading, apologies about this. We do have a Facebook group page, "Brazos Bullet Company Reloading Group", where you can join and ask questions such as this one and probably get some helpful tips. I think I've seen this question before in the group and others were very helpful.

We've reloaded these before and suggest you seat them until they drop in cleanly into your barrel, before you crimp. From our experience in the past, you should not have to crimp to the point of the Button Nose.
