Question

Q: I bought 200 bullets of these in .44cal RNFP GOLD . Can you recommend a suitable powder for use with it in either 44 mag or 44 spl. I can't seem to find any specs on this and I'm just getting started in reloading. Any help is appreciated - Thanks - Steve

We personally do not give out reloading information usually due to liability issues. All guns are different and some loads will work for some and not so much for others. We have proven this with our own loads with our friends/sponsors.

We highly suggest you look towards online forums (reloading data for lead bullets) or to online reloading groups to inquire reloading data. We do not really have anyone that can answer questions on reloading, apologies about this. We do have a Facebook group page, "Brazos Bullet Company Reloading Group", where you can join and ask questions such as this one and probably get some helpful tips. I think I've seen this question before in the group and others were very helpful.

We also recommend you start with a middle load and work your way up depending on what you like to shoot and also what gun you're using. Coated, lead bullets are very different than FMJ projectiles. Best not to push our bullets too hard to avoid leading/fouling in your barrel. Lead bullets are not as robust as FMJ bullets.
