Retired Old Guy
Just got my first order from Brazos. I'm a old Guy with a old Gal that likes plinking with a Sig M18 and her Sig P320 X Carry so I thought I'd try a couple of sacks of these bullets. We just finished shooting our first 300 of these and are very pleased. The price helps a old retired couple to be able to enjoy shooting more. The quality is great. They shoot better than I do. I'm not a target match shooter but when walking down to past targets today, I decided to try to hit a fly on the target from about four yards. First shot, dead fly. She giggled and said something like bet you can't do that again. Tried again and second fly splattered. Now I'll be honest and say I missed the next three by about half an inch but I'm placing another order today because I'm very pleased.

Excellent bullet
Excellent bullets. The weight is pretty much spot on +/- a grain or two and the sizing is extremely consistent. The gold hitec coating is pretty durable. I have a xdm and shield 9 and the rounder stubbier profiles of these bullets required them to be shorter than the listed OAL. I'm loading them at 1.080-1.085 in order for them to pass the plunk test. I just started at the minimum charges due to the deeper seating depth/less case volume and they shoot accurately. Excellent product for an excellent price. I've purchased over 2,000 bullets so far.

Shoote
I loaded the 125 gr He-Tek Gold for 9mm and .357 Sig. They were easy to seat, minimizing the need for neck expansion. They shot very accurately and did not foul my barrel at all. The best lead bullet I have ever loaded/shot in over 45 years of reloading.

Mr.
I've got several different 9x19 pistols and I found that I needed to seat these to about 1.06" OAL to pass the "plunk" test in my Walther P99Cs. Walthers have tight chambers and short leades. Since I had shortened the OAL I also reduced the powder charge by 10%. They shoot well and function fine in all my pistols.

A:
If it is in stock, at the time a customer orders, it should only take 1-5 days to ship out the order. If is it backordered, it will take 1-3 weeks; depending on the profile.

Q:
I purchased Starling 9mm casings. What diameter bullet do I need for that casing. Thanks
Asked by:

A:
The casings do not really determine the diameter/size you'll need.
It will be up to the gun/barrel you are using. We highly suggest you stick with the standard size (0.356" for 9mm).
Or, purchase multiple sample packs to try the different sizes we provide. Every gun is different and load data can vary depending on many factors. You should work up a load that works for you.
